The design enables potatoes to be easily scooped from the dished base of a potato tank and chips can also be emptied into the shop's fryer as quickly as possible, thereby limiting the chance of any splashback from hot fat.  Each bucket has a robust carry handle that is ergonomically shaped to maximise carrying comfort when the bucket is full and the recessed grip at the base of the buckets helps to spread the weight for easy scooping and unloading of potatoes and chips.

The unique design of the flat side of the bucket also means that it fits perfectly against the chipper thereby ensuring that none of the chips escape collection in the bucket.
