We have been working on an improved website for a while now and are delighted to be able to launch our new trade website, The Equipment Directory, which is for the exclusive use of trade customers across the UK.
"We have built up a great trade customer base across the UK and it is important that the site reflects their needs", explains Paul Andrews, Managing Director of Graffters, "and the site is now fully integrated into our stock management system to ensure that any changes made to stock prices and specifications are updated on The Equipment Directory immediately."
"We will continue to ensure that access to The Equipment Directory is only made available to trade customers and once access has been granted and passwords validated he site provides full information on the products including the manufacturers list price and our trade prices too. Full specifications are included with pictures where they are available and quotes can be generated online which are sent direct to the trade customer for use in compiling quotes for their clients."
"More products are added to the site on a regular basis and we are continuing to grow the product offering but the simplicitiy of the site allows the user to search for a type of product, for example combination ovens, and all of the ovens are listed but the search can then be refined quickly by selecting fuel type and/or manufacturer options to help narrow down the search."
"We are striving to create a comprehensive site for the sole use of our trade customers and look forward to the new version helping us to work even more closely with them."
